2024 was a year of growth, record-setting achievements, and meaningful connections within our community.
St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation distributed more than $2.6 million to St. Anthony’s Hospital for life-changing equipment, healthcare programs, and continued team member education.
A large portion of the funds was allocated toward world-class medical equipment. This year, the Foundation played a key role in advancing St. Anthony’s Hospital’s neurosurgical practice. Nearly $2 million was used to purchase three new pieces of neurosurgical equipment: the ROSA Robot, NICO Myriad Spectra, and Zeiss Kinevo 900 Microscope. These tools enhance patient outcomes by increasing surgical precision, improving visualization, and enabling minimally invasive techniques, all of which help reduce recovery time and complications. Thanks to our generous donors, the Foundation also funded essential equipment like the Hoyer lift, Nursing Dialysis Machines, the UroNav Biopsy System, and more.
Programs are another vital part of healthcare. The Foundation contributed to several programs, including
The Wellness Retreat for Home Caregivers of Memory Disorder patients, the Medical Fitness Program, and
Nursing Wellness Nurse Coach Training. The Caregiver Wellness Retreat offers caregivers much-needed respite, helping them step away from their duties. The Medical Fitness Program provides a unique opportunity by combining physical activity, nutrition counseling, and health coaching to help prevent and manage chronic conditions. Finally, the Nursing Wellness Nurse Coach Training supports newly graduated nurses, team members who have experienced workplace violence, and clinical staff facing personal or professional challenges, ensuring they are prioritized and supported.
